For the Huevito (Scrambled Eggs)

6 large eggs

2 tbsp milk (optional, for creamier eggs)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter or cooking oil

For the Frijoles Refritos (Refried Beans)

2 cups cooked pinto beans (or 1 can of refried beans)

1/4 cup cooking oil or lard

1/2 white onion, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt to taste
