
CHOCOLATE BLACK FOREST CAKE




Ingredients :
200g of pastry cake dark chocolate 

200g of soft butter
6 eggs
180 g of sugar
100 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 box of cherries with syrup (approximately 350 g drained) 

500 ml whole liquid cream very cold
2 c. with ice sugar soup
1 bag of vanilla sugar
4 c. with kirsch soup (optional)
Chocolate chips for decoration 



Instructions:
Preparing the chocolate biscuit 

Melting chocolate and butter with baan-marie. (
10 minutes)

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
Beat the yellows with sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the melted chocolate and butter mix.
Incorporate the flour .
Mount the snow whites with a pinch of salt and gently incorporate them into the preparation.
Pour into a round buttered and flourished mold.
Preheated oven to 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. (
30 minutes)

Let cool completely, then cut cake into three equal disks. (
20 minutes)

Preparing the whipped cream cr
Whip the cold cream well with icing sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a firm whipped cream. (
10 minutes)

Assembling the cake 

Dip each cake disc with a little cherry syrup mixed with kirsch.
Place the first disk on a plate, spread a layer of whipped cream, add cherries.
Repeat with second disc
Finishing with the last disk, covering the whole whipped cream cake.
Decorating with chocolate chips and some cherries on top. (
20 minutes)
