Passion fruit ice cream

Ingredients :

– 2 cups of heavy cream
– 1 cup of whole milk
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 cup of passion fruit pulp
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. To start, in a bowl, mix the heavy cream, whole milk and sugar. Whip everything until the sugar is completely dissolved, creating a deliciously creamy base.
2. Next, incorporate the passionfruit pulp, vanilla extract and a small pinch of salt. Mix well so that all the flavors come together harmoniously.
