
Watermelon Ice Cream
Ingredients:
– 4 cups watermelon, seedless and diced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Blend the watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Combine the watermelon puree with the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
