for the chicharrones:

9 oz. Pork Cracklings “Chicharrones”

18 oz. plum tomatoes about 6

2 serrano peppers or 1 Jalapeño pepper

 oz. onion chopped

1 garlic clove

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt to taste

1 Cilantro sprig optional

for the floor tortillas:

4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of salt
1tsp of baking powder
1 cup of vegetable shortening
1 cup of warm water
